Whiter Teeth Naturally: With Charcoal and Coconut Oil

Oil Pulling Is The Daily Morning Routine Of Swishing A Teaspoon Of Coconut (or Sesame) Oil In Your Mouth To Expel Bacteria and Naturally Whiten Your Teeth!

Oil-pulling originates in Ayurvedic medicine. Every morning, before you brush your teeth, scoop a tablespoon of unrefined coconut oil and swish it in your mouth for as long as you can.

You will notice that you will easily work yourself to 15 minutes, which is ideal.

Plus, swishing it energetically in your mouth sends a sensory stimulus to your brain and awakens the nervous system.

If you do it while you are making up your bed, dressing up, combing your hair, etc., time goes by quickly!

While there is no registered evidence that oil pulling is equally effective for everybody, I, myself, have been following this morning protocol for more than five years and have witnessed amazing benefits!

And I believe YOU will too!

You can do the oil pulling method daily (and it is better if you do so) because it whitens your teeth, kills germs, and removes plaque.

*That said, you won’t get the Hollywood-star ultra spark just from doing the pulling method, but you will definitely improve your dental health, decrease morning breath and significantly boost the shine of your teeth.

Of course, follow this method with daily flossing and – needless to say – brush your teeth after each meal 🙂

Second Tip: Charcoal 

  1. You need a dash of charcoal powder, a splash of water, and an old toothbrush! Brush your teeth as usual. Stir the charcoal powder with a tiny bit of water and swish it in your mouth for 2 to 5 minutes. The longer, the better, but start small, so you don’t accidentally swallow it! I always use charcoal when I have an event and would like to have my teeth sparkly. I do it once or twice per month usually.


Important! Do not spit the consistency in your toilet or sink because it may clog your pipes. I spit in my trash can.
