HOW TO MAKE A CHIA PUDDING

First, what are chia seeds and why are they so versatile?
Chia seeds are an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, iron, calcium, magnesium, and plant protein (3 grams per tablespoon!)

The seeds form a gel that amplifies their size which makes chia seeds very filling and healing for your digestion.

Soak four table spoons of chia seeds in a jar for at least twenty minutes with a cup of unsweetened almond or coconut water (or plain water), a scoop of your favorite plant protein (vanilla flavor works best), a dash of cinnamon and 1/4 cup of fresh blueberries or raspberries.
Tip: It is optimal to allow the chia seeds to soak for at least 40 minutes.

You can add other toppings as choice; such as, pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes, goji berries or cacao nibs.
