Alkalizing Savory Smoothie

If you are recovering from an injury/surgery/adrenal fatigue/or a physical exhaustion of any kind, you can use this recipe to replenish your energy from the inside out with micronutrients 🍏🍏🥝🍋
*You can add 1/2 of ripe banana to make it sweeter.
Ingredients.
- 1 head lettuce (rich in vitamin A, C, E, K)
- 2 celery sticks (to balance the sodium-potassium ratio in your body)
- 1 cup cranberries (boost the immune system and prevent urinary tract infection; also a natural diuretic)/ alternatively, you can use frozen raspberries
- a dash of turmeric (very anti-inflammatory) and black pepper (black peppers helps with the absorption of the turmeric)
- a teaspoon of moringa powder (fights free radicals and supports brain health) – optional but recommended. You can use powdered wheat grass or barley grass as well, or chlorella powder
- four tablespoons hemp seeds (rich in protein and essential fatty acids)
- 1/2 cup filtered water or oat milk
