Three important considerations to keep in mind:
- Make sure your goals are measurable, attainable, and motivated by Self (you don’t depend on anybody else to motivate you.)
- State your goals in the positive (saying what you want, not what you don’t want.)
- Create a list with action steps you can do every day to stay on track.
