Dear Balkan Dance-Fitters,

Here is a very nutritious post-workout meal that could complement your food choices for your dinner. Avoid adding oil and do your own dressing instead! Do not forget to keep it low sodium too;}

Kale, chard, arugula, tomatoes.
Dressing: parsley, carrot, balsamic vinegar, clove

Packed with fiber, vitamins and minerals, this salad will get you glowing in no time!
